Surveillance is a secret pursuit of a person suspected of having an unintentional (illegal, hidden) activity. Surveillance is an essential part of espionage. He can boost an activity or destroy it, because he is in direct contact with the opponent. A well-executed, subtle surveillance means a source of information gold, while unconscious surveillance warns your opponent, and he can misinterpret you with good intentions. There is no perfect surveillance. Surveillance is an innocuous component.
The basic rule of the filage: act, dress, speak, and move so that you do not attract attention. To be a person who has been erased, no one else, gray.
Supervisory teams are usually used. One person can not do professional supervision.
There are two convergent issues in surveillance: keeping anonymity and observing the target. An attempt to keep anonymity leads to opportunities to miss the target and vice versa. Trying to observe the target can lead to unraveling. Any professional knows that oversight has its limits, is not something invincible and is not the most effective measure. It is usually combined with others, although often it is the only one possible.
There are many more surveillance schemes. Let’s not forget: walking supervision, car supervision and surveillance in the means of transport (train, airplane, etc.)
In a surveillance action, there are generally a lot of foot-and-mouth agents (in the language of those working in the field) who are covered by machine crews depending on the complexity of the work. It is true that counter-surveillance can be done, but it is not only done by the person being tracked, but also by teams specially prepared for this. There are fixed-point surveys that have been set up following investigations by undercover agents (here I am generally referring to anti-drug, mafia, etc.), but what I know for sure is that if the basic rules of supervision are respected, it has great chances of success. Not everyone can do a counter-surveillance. You must have the necessary training, first of all you need to know the rules of supervision very well. I’m sure that if you walk in a circle you will only start to get dizzy, if you go through the red lights to stop the police and lose your driving license, etc. There are surveillance methods and rules that should not be violated and methods of counter-surveillance and rules for doing so. In Romania, however, only special services believe that they follow these rules.
At private detectives, each case differs, you need to use your brain to find tracking methods and techniques based on the client you want to track. There are many who find themselves out of the stupidity of those who follow them, not because they are specialists in counter-surveillance. Between the two techniques is a continuous fight (surveillance and counter-surveillance) and the smartest gain. There are no naughty methods, but only basic principles of surveillance and counter-surveillance.
